”That is gross. That is seriously so gross I’m feeling gross and I’m not even touching it. I can’t even see it and I know it’s really fucking gross.”

You have to agree with your Deino. The water’s all murky and thick and oh god, it smells so bad. You’re suddenly really glad for your bad sense of smell.

“So um, what do?” you quip, and Indy snorts and it’s really an dorky sound but you find it so adorable your chest swells with affection, and wow, you really need to get a grip.

“Those balls we got today should come in handy,” she says thoughtfully. “And I guess we should find the Muk who did this and kick their grimy butts.”

You’d bite your lip if you had one. Instead, you fiddle with your flight feathers. “We c-can’t just drive ‘em o-off though.” That’d be really unfair. They’re not doing anything bad, really, they just have inconvenient typing.

“Don’t worry your feathery head over it. Why don’t you make yourself useful and get detoxifying,” she says coolly and then promptly shoves you into the pond.

“I’M A ROCK-TYPE!” you manage to splutter out before you go splash.
